Compliance & Certifications
Compliance Program
Our ITAD workflow is designed to support enterprise vendor review, data security requirements, environmental responsibility, documented asset disposition, and cross-border transaction due diligence.
Data Security
Data-bearing media can be handled under a written scope of work referencing NIST SP 800-88 sanitization principles. Available methods may include logical sanitization, degaussing, physical destruction, or secure downstream destruction depending on media type, client requirements, and accepted work order terms.
Chain of Custody
Intake records may include lot identifiers, pallet or container counts, serialized asset lists when provided, receiving dates, custody transfers, test outcomes, media status, and final disposition status. Documentation depth is defined before each project and reflected in the accepted work order.
Asset Recovery
Recoverable equipment and components are inspected, sorted, and routed toward refurbishment, remarketing, or component recovery channels. Non-recoverable materials are separated for responsible downstream processing.
Environmental Responsibility
We prioritize reuse before recycling, material recovery before disposal, and documented handoff for electronics that cannot be recovered through normal asset recovery channels. Sustainability reporting support can be scoped for enterprise programs.
Export and Counterparty Controls
Cross-border transactions may require counterparty screening, shipment records, commodity descriptions, invoice documentation, and logistics partner review. We expect counterparties to comply with applicable sanctions, customs, export, environmental, and anti-bribery requirements.
Certification Status
Current third-party certifications, licenses, and downstream partner documents should be listed only after they are verified. Vendor due-diligence documents are available to qualified counterparties under appropriate confidentiality terms.
